Mildmay Community Centres annual halloween celebration for kids. A mixture of immersive experience, games and activities centred around the arts facilitated and created by Junk Junkie Collective’s young people’s program ‘Junk Junkateers’.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the after school art club leading up to the event, we explored various activities such as puppetry, sign making and character creation through a giant exquisite corpse. This was used in the set as a Frankenstein marionette, which the young people had to activate by finding missing junk items hidden in the cardboard \u2018Maze of Ghosts\u2019. Our performers led a training course, and helped them find their superpowers to use their monster catching devices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
